Marlya is an Accredited Practising Dietitian who enjoys creating strategies to enable clients to achieve their food and nutrition related goals using practical, sustainable, evidence-based advice.

Marlya works with her clients to provide one-on-one, personalised nutrition consultations where she assesses the nutritional needs of clients, plans appropriate nutrition interventions, and provides nutrition education, nutrition counselling and ongoing support, motivation and encouragement.

Prior to working on the Sunshine Coast, Marlya worked within nine medical centres throughout North Brisbane, enjoying a wide clinical experience of patients within a private practice setting.

While she works with all areas involving Medical Nutrition Therapy, her special interests lie particularly within Gastrointestinal Diseases and Conditions, Paediatrics, Diabetes and Weight Management.

With her love of the outdoors, Marlya spends as much time as possible at the beach, in the ocean or on camping adventures. Marlya loves keeping fit and healthy, and enjoys great food, surfing, exercising and spending quality time with family and friends.

Marlya will be practising from our clinic every Friday fortnight and can assist you to achieve your health goals and provide nutrition advice in a number of areas.

Ms Alannah Andrews

B.App.Sc (Pod), Grad. Dip (Geront), M.Bus (M’gmt) M.A.Pod.A

Alannah is a Senior Clinical Podiatrist with over 20 years of clinical podiatry experience. This has included being a lecturer and clinical supervisor at Charles Sturt University (Albury), Project Manager, Metro North Hospital and Health Service – High Risk Foot Clinics, Consulting Podiatrist for Australian Defence Force at Latchford Barracks (Bonegilla) and Private Practice – Albury Wodonga.

Alannah is a Member of the Accredited Practicing Podiatrists – High Risk Foot group.

Special interests include:

  • Diabetes, Rheumatoid and Osteoarthritis, Wound Care and Parkinson’s Disease.
  • Health educator and workshop facilitator on the Screening and Identification of the High Risk Foot.

  • Vascular studies including ABI, TBI and toe pressure analysis
