Booking Process When you call, our reception staff will ask you some standard triage questions to determine if your needs can be safely supported over the phone.
- Approval: With your doctor’s approval, we will book a convenient appointment time.
- The Call: On the day of your appointment, you will be given a time window for our team to contact you.
- Our reception team may call first to prepare you for transfer to your GP.
- In some instances, the doctor may call you directly.
- Please ensure your phone is on and you are ready to receive a call close to your arranged time.
