My expertise spans a wide range of health concerns, including the management of
\ncardiovascular disease, hypertension, liver and kidney diseases, high cholesterol, irritable bowel syndrome, food intolerances and allergies, weight management (both weight gain and weight loss), nutrient deficiencies, sports recovery and performance or simply general nutrition optimization.<\/p>\n

I understand that every individual is unique, and I am committed to providing an understanding and supportive approach to help you achieve your health goals.
